A raw food diet is a lifestyle promoting the consumption of uncooked, unprocessed, and often organic foods. Our diet plan modifies this lifestyle to include raw food into a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, proteins and complex carbs.
By consuming a semi raw food diet you will develop better digestion and absorb more nutrients that are not eliminated from the cooking process. The enzymes that are in raw food help aid their digestion, absorb nutrients and are responsible for facilitating as much as 5000 enzymes at any given time during cellular activity in the body.
As you eat these healthy raw foods think of the positive ways they are benefiting to improve your body and mind.
Each week you will need to prepare your snacks to have during the day. Clean and prepare several different types of raw food and divide into plastic bags or containers for the week. Keep them handy in your refrigerator as your go to food before indulging in other unhealthy snacks. Pack them in your bag for work and school.
