Slow down, breathe in and step back to review your beauty goals. Think about how positive food choices affects your long term happiness and health. Positive food choices also make you feel better, mentally and physically.
Eat a healthy raw food snack and some protein and then breathe deeply for several minutes.
Calm yourself and step away from a stressful environment. Have a beauty soak to help you refocus. Drink a glass of water just to be sure your cravings aren’t related to dehydration. Sometimes your brain is signalling your body to overeat when you are lacking water, minerals or other nutrients.
Try a healthy smoothie to give your body some healthy sugar. Encourage and congratulate yourself for a choice well made. It is the little choices that add up to one great big accomplishment.

After an indulgence is the time to burn the extra calories. However, don’t be in too big of a hurry to become fit. It takes time to beautify from within. And above all do not punish yourself or feel guilty for any dieting blunders. These things happen naturally and you are human. Humans have evolved to binge during plentiful times and these are plentiful times. Just remember that our natural urge to overindulge is not helping us reach our particular goals in life and that you are improving one day at a time.
