Beautifying Menu Plan

Example Menu Plan, Our goal is to have this updated weekly.

The goal with this menu plan is too maximize your beautifying nutrients while also keeping you full throughout the day.

Day 1

Breakfast

Oatmeal with berries and a 1/4 c. of skim milk

Lunch

Whole wheat tortilla with 3 oz. Turkey, small bunch spinach and beauty salad dressing

Afternoon Snack

Camomile tea with 1 t. honey

Almonds

Dinner

Salmon

Brown Rice

Green Beans

Evening Snack

1 oz. Dark Chocolate and 1 orange, yogurt or kifir

Day 2

Breakfast

2 eggs scrambled with peppers and onions, sprinkled with a small amount of cheese, 1 T. Beauty guacamole, served in a whole wheat tortilla

Lunch

Beauty Smoothie

afternoon snack

vegetable juice

Celery with peanut butter

Dinner

3 oz of beef stir fried with onions and peppers served on whole wheat tortilla with 3 oz of Beauty guacamole

Evening Snack

apple cored, sliced in half with 1/2 cinamon sprinkled on top and baked for 20 minutes, yogurt or kifir

Day 3

Breakfast

Tuna Salad with 1/4 c. spinach on whole wheat tortilla

Spinach Salad with Grilled Boneless Chicken topped with Beauty Salad Dressing

apple cored, sliced in half with 1/2 cinamon sprinkled on top and baked for 20 minutes, yogurt or kifir

Stir fry 3 oz of chopped skinless chicken breast with a small amount of oil, garlic and salt and pepper,  add brocolli and mushrooms serve over brown rice.

Afternoon Snack

Green tea with 1 t. honey

Almonds

Dinner

Stir fry 3 oz of chopped skinless chicken breast with a small amount of olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper,  add broccoli and mushrooms serve over brown rice.  Add a small amount of soy sauce if desired.

Evening Snack

1 oz dark chocolate and 1 orange, yogurt or kifir
